Kate Dunstan is a 2010 graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) at uniSA. She participated in the 2009 & 2010 AGIdeas NewStar competition and the 2010 Fisher Jeffries Christmas Card Commission. She also participated in the 2010 Southern Cross Packaging Awards.

Kate is an Adelaide born Graphic Designer with a keen eye for typography. Design allows her to thrive by developing concepts for visual problems through idea generation. She believes typography opens up a world to endless possibilities.

Sometimes the most successful designs come from impulse decisions and taking risks. It is those decisions that build the motivation needed to be creative and often lead to successful yet unexpected outcomes. She has a desire to travel and be inspired by quirky people in famous cities.

In life, just like design, it’s not always the destination but the journey that got us there.
